Try searching or posting in the TubePress discussion forum. It is strongly recommended that you send along a link to your gallery if you're experiencing difficulty. TubePress Pro users, who have green usernames, will get priority support in the forum.
The forums are open to the public for reading, but you'll need an account on tubepress.org to post. Registration is free!
The current list of bugs and feature requests can be found at http://code.google.com/p/tubepress/issues/list . Please feel free to submit suspected bugs, or a feature idea that you have. Feature requests with the most votes will be implemented before others. So if you see a feature you like, "star" it to show your support and follow updates.
