There are ample opportunities here for wires to get crossed, so if you have any trouble please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to assist.
As described in the Terms and Conditions, your subscription will renew annually unless you explicitly cancel it. You can cancel at any time during your subscription period and still retain TubePress Pro status for a full year from your last payment date. In effect, this means that you can purchase TubePress Pro, cancel your subscrition immediately, and still enjoy TubePress Pro for an entire year.
To reiterate, it is your reponsbility to cancel your recurring payments through PayPal. You can do so by following the instructions found here.
The discussion forum is open to any TubePress member for support, but active TubePress Pro members are entitled to priority support. Pro members are distinguished from non-Pro members by the color of their usernames in the forum. TubePress Pro member names will appear in green, while regular member names will appear in blue. See the diagram below for an example.
Here's what you can expect with priority support
Please not that priority support does not include email or PM support. There are simply not enough human resources to be able to answer individual support requests over email. That said, I make a best-effort to help any member that asks for assistance.
